TEAM PHOTO SESSION AGREEMENT

 

OUR TERMS:

This agreement contains the entire understanding between Michelle Marie Creative and the TEAM/ORGANIZATION. Please read carefully and complete the signature form below.

Submission of this form serves as your digital signature and agreement to the session details, pricing, and usage rights.

 

COOPERATION:

The parties agree to work collaboratively and communicate effectively to achieve the objectives of this agreement.

 


 

SESSION DETAILS 

 

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:

You are booking one of the following Team photography experiences:

Traditional Photo Day, Media Style Photo Day, or Game Day Action Shoot. Each experience includes a specific number of images, products, and timelines. Full details of each package are available on the website link that was previously provided or available upon request. 

PRICING and PAYMENT:

  • Traditional Photo Day: $35.00 + GST per athlete (minimum 10 athletes)
  • Media Style Photo Day: $55.00 + GST per athlete (minimum 8 athletes)
  • Game Day Action Shoot: $60.00 + GST per athlete (minimum 8 athletes)

The per-athlete amount constitutes the session fee and includes all services and deliverables as defined by the chosen package. This fee is due prior to or on the session date.

  

LOCATION ACCESS and FEES:

If the Team / Organization chooses a location that charges an access fee, a parking fee or a photography fee, the Team / Organization will be responsible to cover those fees associated with shooting at those locations. The Team / organization is also responsible for organizing the access and any permits related in doing so.

 

PROPS:

The Team / Organization is responsible for bringing all sporting equipment that is required for your sports team photos.

  


 

TEAM PARTICIPATION and DELIVERY

 

Traditional session requires full team commitment with a minimum of 10 athlete's. Media Day and Game Day sessions require a minimum of 8 athletes to proceed. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure athlete attendance.

 

Proofing, Editing and Image delivery takes approximately 2-3 weeks post session day when you choose the Traditional or Media Day Session. Game Day session delivery falls within 7 days. 

Any Print products will be distributed through the team contact or made available for pickup/delivery. Websize and high-resolution formats are included where noted and will be delivered upon completion.  

 


 

ATTENDANCE and ILLNESS

 

While we are capable of compositing techniques, we strive for a traditional and authentic feel. This means that all athletes that are booked for the scheduled photo session will be included in the team image. We strive to accommodate everyone, but it is crucial for all athletes to attend photo day. This ensures a complete team picture and timely delivery of your gallery and products.

We know that illness can happen unexpectedly. If an athlete is unable to attend the scheduled team photo day due to sudden illness, please contact us within 24 hrs if possible to reschedule or to make alternative arrangements.

 

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS 

Please Plan ahead: Contact us immediately if you foresee a conflict

A make up fee of 50.00 may apply for individual sessions outside of the scheduled regular team photo day or dates given as makeup days.

  


 

IMAGE USAGE and COPYRIGHT

 

All photographs produced by Michelle Marie Creative during the session are the property of the photographer. Clients receive a non-exclusive license for personal use (e.g., social media, web promotion etc). Images may not be sold, altered, or used commercially without explicit written permission.

 

Michelle Marie Creative may use session images for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes unless the client opts out in writing.

 

SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY

You are free to share any of your Team or Individual Photos on any personal or business social media platforms. Any photos shared that have been altered in any way by means of "filters" or creative cropping will be a direct conflict of contract: and must be removed immediately.

 


 

LIABILITY and CANCELLATION

 

The Photographer is not responsible for missed coverage due to team lateness, noncompliance, or unforeseen events. Reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure safety and image quality. Cancellations must be made with at least 48 hours’ notice. Weather or emergency rescheduling will be accommodated when possible.

If the TEAM/ORGANIZATION must cancel, MMC must be notified at michelle@michellemariecreative.ca 30 days prior to the date to qualify for a reschedule. The rescheduled date will be made at the photographers discretion. Reschedules will be held at MMC's Studio. NO REFUNDS will be given to Parents who do NOT SHOW or if a Team/Organization Cancels.
